Kaley and Benjamin’s wedding day at The Arbor Loft was everything you could hope for heartfelt, joyful, and full of personality. From the quiet anticipation of getting ready to the unforgettable dance floor moments, every part of their celebration reflected the easy, genuine love they share.
Kaley spent the morning surrounded by her bridesmaids, laughter echoing through the bridal suite as they shared coffee, stories, and a few happy tears. Her detail box was filled with carefully chosen pieces that represented their story sentimental, stylish, and personal.
Benjamin and his groomsmen had a morning full of jokes, music, and camaraderie in the Groom’s Suite and the venue space below, setting the tone for the celebration ahead. Kaley’s father helped Ben add the final touches to his look in a sentimental moment.
One of the most touching moments of the day was Kaley’s first look with her dad, a sweet and emotional pause before stepping into the rest of the day. Then, tucked away in the quiet of the Arbor Loft’s ceremony space, she and Benjamin shared their first look and private vows. It was one of those moments that felt like time stood still, just the two of them, taking it all in before the day swept forward.
We then headed back upstairs to the bridal suite where to two exchanged heartfelt vows. The room was filled with laughter, happy tears, and such joy as they expressed the love they have for each other.
After their first look and vows, the couple and their wedding party headed to the George Eastman House for portraits. The gardens and architecture created such a beautiful backdrop for the laughter and connection between their families. There were tender moments with parents and grandparents, silly photos with siblings, and soft, romantic portraits of Kaley and Benjamin that felt straight out of a movie.
We finished with some gorgeous couple’s photos at the Eastman Gardens before heading back to The Arbor Loft for Ben and Kaley’s wedding ceremony. Every image captured the excitement of two people stepping into their next chapter.
Before walking down the aisle, Kaley managed to surprise Benjamin with a playful “icing” moment (yes, a Smirnoff Ice hidden under her dress!) that had everyone laughing. It was perfectly them, sweet, spontaneous, and fun.
Their ceremony, officiated by Benjamin’s grandfather, lovingly known as Papa, was deeply personal and full of meaning. Papa also blessed the dinner later that evening, creating such a special thread through the day. As they exchanged vows in front of family and friends, there was a collective sense of joy and gratitude. It was clear to everyone there how loved these two are.
Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails and appetizers from Fare Catering while the newlyweds soaked up all the hugs, laughter, and congratulations. The Arbor Loft’s warm, modern space was the perfect setting filled with natural light, greenery, and a buzz of excitement for what was to come.
The reception was absolutely stunning, the details shined bright as sunlight flooded through the windows.
The night began with a high-energy wedding party entrance, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening. Kaley and Benjamin shared a beautifully choreographed first dance to Can’t Help Falling in Love with You, a perfect reflection of their grace and connection.
Speeches from family and friends were heartfelt and full of joy, with Papa once again sharing a meaningful blessing before dinner. Every toast spoke to the kind of couple they are—kind, grounded, and deeply loved.
After dinner, guests gathered around for the cake cutting, which kicked off the dancing. The laughter, the cheers, the hugs, it was a night that no one wanted to end.
Just before the sun slipped below the horizon, Kaley and Benjamin stepped outside for a few quiet sunset photos. The city lights glowed, people passing by cheered for them, and they shared one last peaceful moment together before heading back in to dance the night away.
Once the lights dimmed and the music started, the dance floor exploded with energy. From the first upbeat song, guests filled the space, twirling, laughing, and singing along like no one was watching. Kaley and Ben led the way, surrounded by their favorite people, completely in the moment. The laughter was contagious, the dance moves unforgettable, and the joy in the room was impossible to miss. It was one of those nights where every song felt like a favorite, every hug lasted a little longer, and no one wanted it to end.
