Chris & Allyssa’s wedding day at Crispin Hill was a beautiful reminder that the weather doesn't define a celebration. As rain fell throughout the day, the cozy farmhouse, elegant tent, and breathtaking views of Keuka Lake created the perfect backdrop for a day filled with warmth, joy, and genuine love.

Their day began with a quiet, emotional first look with both the bride and her father as well as the bride and groom. The couple exchanged private vows that had them both feeling the weight of the moment. Afterward, they celebrated with a champagne tower before spending time with their closest family and friends.

The ceremony was one everyone will remember. Officiated by a family member who knew Chris and Allyssa best, it was the perfect blend of heartfelt and hilarious. Stories from throughout their relationship had guests laughing one moment and tearing up the next, making the ceremony feel incredibly personal. As the rain softly fell outside the tent and loved ones gathered beneath umbrellas, it created an intimate atmosphere that made saying "I do" feel even more meaningful.

Inside the timeless charm of Crispin Hill Farmhouse, Allyssa and Chris were joined by their bridal party for elegant portraits filled with laughter, love, and celebration. The celebration continued inside the barn for cocktail hour before everyone gathered under the reception tent, where beautiful florals, heartfelt speeches, and a packed dance floor rounded out the evening.

One of my favorite things about this day was how Chris and Allyssa never let the weather steal their joy. They embraced every moment together, and it was so evident how deeply they care for one another. Their family and friends spoke so beautifully about the years leading up to this day and the ways they've made each other's lives better.

Allyssa and Chris shared a beautiful first dance as husband and wife, celebrating the beginning of their new journey together. The celebration continued with heartfelt parent dances, honoring the love, support, and cherished family bonds that helped bring them to this unforgettable day.

With the formalities complete, the dance floor came alive as family and friends joined Allyssa and Chris to celebrate the night away. Filled with laughter, great music, and unforgettable moments, the party was a joyful reflection of the love and happiness shared by everyone in attendance.

I've known Allyssa for many years through the nursing community, and I'd always heard wonderful things about Chris. Seeing their relationship in action was even more meaningful than I imagined.
