First things first, introductions! Who will be in your family photo shoot? Please state name, relation, and age. Please also include phone numbers for all adults. I cannot wait to meet you all!

Tell me about your kiddo(s)! Are they shy and slow to warm up or social butterflies? What does your kiddo like to do for fun at home? Bubbles, balls, a toy car - have everything on hand and ready to go to help your kiddo be comfortable and having fun!

Describe your picture-perfect weekend. What would you be doing together? What is sentimental about this?

Where would you like your photographs taken? Kitchen, nursery, playroom...porch, garden, patio, swing set? How about one of the beautiful parks around our area?
